Free Online Mercedes EPC and Ordering

S&B Commercials are proud to announce that they are the first Mercedes commercial vehicle dealer to offer online ordering and the Mercedes Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC). Account customers are able to use this service to look up parts for vehicles using the Mercedes-Benz Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) that we use in the dealership. They can then check our, other dealers and factory stock levels and pricing before submitting an online order for delivery or collection.

To Qualify for EPC and Online Ordering

To qualify to use the Mercedes webparts system, you need to have an account with us. Once you have an account, please ask your local branches' Parts Manager for a username and password:

Customers that do not qualify to use this system are welcome to call us for parts or can use our online Mercedes Parts Store.

How to access the WebParts system

To access the WebParts online ordering system and Electronic Parts Catalog, please click here. You will need a valid login.

To use the system, please check that your computer meets the minimum specifications:

Hardware:

• Up-to-date PC with at least 500 MB free memory
• High-speed Internet connection (at least ISDN level/DSL recommended)

Software:

• Operating system: Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP. Note: Windows Vista is not recommended, as EPCnet functionality cannot be guaranteed.
• Java runtime environment: Sun Java 1.4 or Microsoft Java VM
• Internet browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Mozilla FireFox 1.0 or higher
