ServiceCare Flex

A flexible way to fix and spread servicing costs across your van fleet by buying in bulk. ServiceCare Flex isn’t assigned to individual vehicles – take out one contract to cover all Mercedes-Benz vans of the same model in your fleet.

  • No need to anticipate each individual vehicle’s service intervals to calculate the number of services to include in your contract – one ServiceCare Flex contract covers all of the same model in your fleet.
  • You can pay up-front or spread the cost of up to 100 services over 12 months without affecting your credit lines.
  • When a van needs servicing, simply contact your local branch to book it in, giving the ServiceCare Flex reference number relating to the model that needs servicing – you’ll find this on your plan documentation.
  • You have 24 months to use all the services in each ServiceCare Flex plan – if you need assistance working out the right plan, we can support you.
