In preparation for the capital's low emission zone standards which are enforced on 3rd January 2012, you will have to make a choice:

• To modify your existing fleet of vehicles so they comply with Euro 3 (Van) or Euro 4 (Truck) standards for particulate emissions by fitting an approved filter

• Or to replace your fleet of vehicles

If you are unsure as to whether your vehicle is compliant or non compliant to the LEZ requirements, please download this flowchart or alternatively fill in the booking form below.

If you fail to comply with these new standards and your vehicle enters the Low Emission Zone on 3rd January 2012 the registered keeper of the vehicle will be issued with a warning letter.

If the same vehicle is driven in the LEZ within a 28-day period from the date of issue of the warning letter, a Penalty Charge will not be incurred. However after this 28 day period if your vehicle is still non-compliant, i.e. you have made no adaptions to the existing vehicle by fitting an approved filter or changed your vehicle and you drive in the LEZ then you are at risk of being issued a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
