S&B Commercials are about to start a pilot with some of their account customers that will allow them to:
- Look up their own Mercedes Van and Truck parts in the Mercedes Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC)
- Check stock availability both at our dealership and in UK wide stocks
- See prices for those parts including their discount percentage on each line
- Order parts for delivery or collection electronically
This will all be available through an easy to use web application and will be given to selected account customers to pilot for free. Anybody interested in using this system whethere during the pilot or during full release is requested to contact their parts manager at their supplying branch. We hope that this will be an additional helpful tool to help build the relationship between our dealership and your business. This facility is currently unique to S&B Commercials in the UK Mercedes-Benz Van and Truck Sector.
