Following the success of the Sprinter and Vito, we now have a new member of the Mercedes-Benz Van Family.
Powerful yet compact, the Citan has been carefully developed to meet the needs of our customers in the small van market.
The Citan is especially suited for city use, whatever your business needs. It is available in a variety of lengths and model variants, and combine that with its impressive driving dynamics, exemplary safety and economy and a high level of versatility and robustness, you have a truly professional urban van.
The Citan will be launched at S & B Commercials in January 2013.
The new Mercedes-Benz Citan is versatile and adaptable, making it the perfect partner for your business. Based on a panel van, the Citan has all the qualities that are traditionally associated with the Mercedes-Benz Star.
The Citan is available in a choice of three lengths and three model variants:
Citan Panel Van:
Available in three lengths: 3.94 meters (compact), 4.32 meters (long) and 4.71 meters (extra-long).

The Citan is also available in three weight variants, with a GVW up to 2,200kg.
The Citan comes with a broad choice of engine options:
Diesel
Three high-torque turbo-diesel direct injection engines, ranging from 75hp (55kW) to 110hp (81kW). All come equipped with a diesel particulate filter as standard. BlueEFFICIENCY package available as an optional extra.
Petrol
A nippy, supercharged petrol engine, generating 114hp (84kW).

Power is transmitted to the front wheels by five and six-speed transmissions with an easily reachable gear lever.
