You our customer are an important part of our business, because without you we have no business. Taking care of your vehicle, fleet and parts requirements is a fundamental part of our service to you. Equally important to us is how we take care of your enquiry into any one of our depots; how we greet you, receive your call, listen to your requirements and relay important information back to you in order that you can continue to manage your business whilst your vehicle is being maintained.
That is why we are constantly striving to provide you with the best customer service possible. At S&B we will coach and train our customer facing staff with soft skill and information courses in order that they can assist and take care of your every requirement.
Following your visit to our service department, you will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours, in order to establish that the service delivered to you was to your expectation. Then, in order to check that we have met your requirement, it is likely that Mercedes-Benz will also carry out a survey on various items that you may have dealt with whilst using our services. This will be in the format of a telephone questionnaire.
The questions are marked out of 5, with 5 being the highest possible score. We would like to be assured that we deliver a service to you which will qualify for a 5/5 score from you.
